Turn a shopper's request into a relevant shortlist
AiRep24 can connect a customer's stated need with product information available to the Shopify installation. A useful result explains why an item matches and links to the real product page rather than presenting an unexplained list.
Use current catalog, variant, and inventory context
Product titles, descriptions, collections, tags, images, options, prices, variants, and inventory signals can help narrow a result when those fields are connected and current.
The assistant should not invent stock, compatibility, fit, ingredients, delivery eligibility, or suitability that the store data does not establish.
Apply merchant-approved rules
Store teams can define relevant exclusions, bundles, add-ons, policy constraints, or market-specific conditions. Those rules should be reviewed alongside the underlying catalog whenever merchandising changes.
Test questions that include real constraints
Examples include a size and color request, an accessory compatible with a named product, an alternative under a stated budget, or items that qualify for a published delivery condition. Test follow-up questions that change one constraint.
Clarify or hand off when data is incomplete
If requirements conflict, inventory is uncertain, or the catalog lacks a necessary attribute, ask a clarifying question or route the case to a person. A shorter honest answer is safer than a confident but unsupported recommendation.
Measure the full recommendation path
Track which questions produce a usable shortlist, product-link clicks, add-to-cart actions where configured, unresolved requirements, and operator handoffs. Evaluate the result against the store's own baseline rather than a generic sales claim.
