Each installation has its own knowledge, assistant settings, visitor controls, and operator workflow. A business can configure the context that belongs to a specific website or Shopify store without mixing it with another installation.

Human decisions stay with the merchant team

Text chat is the core visitor path. Voice can be enabled per installation. When Telegram operator notifications are configured, the team receives conversation context and decides manually whether and how to respond; AiRep24 does not imply an automatic human takeover.
