What AiRep24 processes
AiRep24 processes the information needed to run an AI assistant for Shopify stores and websites: store content, products, variants, inventory signals, policies, delivery information, discounts, chat messages, operator replies, technical logs, and account settings. If a merchant enables customer memory or order-aware support, AiRep24 may also process customer names, contact details, order history, preferences, wishlist actions, viewed products, and consent choices.
Why we use data
We use this data to answer shopper questions, recommend relevant products, support upsell and cross-sell flows, notify human operators, maintain the knowledge base, prevent abuse, provide billing and support, improve app reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Consent and customer memory
Customer preference memory is used only when the shopper or merchant flow allows it. Shoppers can use incognito or forget flows where available. Merchants can disable knowledge sections and customer memory features inside the app settings.
Sharing and subprocessors
AiRep24 does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, database, AI, email, analytics, Shopify, and Telegram-related services only where needed to provide the product and support merchants.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only as long as needed for the app, support, security, billing, legal, and operational purposes. Merchants can request deletion or export help by contacting the contact form.
