Chrome Extension Privacy Policy
AiRep24 Chrome Extension is designed to help merchants connect store context, product information and page content to the AiRep24 assistant. The extension may read visible page content only when it is needed to detect supported ecommerce pages, improve assistant setup or help the merchant configure AiRep24.
What data the extension may access
The extension may access:
- visible content on the active browser tab;
- page URL and page title;
- product-related content visible on supported ecommerce pages;
- merchant configuration data needed to connect the store with AiRep24.
The extension does not intentionally collect passwords, payment card details, private messages, banking information or unrelated browsing history.
Why this data is used
This data is used to:
- detect whether the current page is relevant to AiRep24 setup;
- help configure product and store knowledge;
- improve the accuracy of AI answers based on visible store content;
- support troubleshooting and merchant onboarding.
What we do not do
AiRep24 does not sell personal data. The extension is not designed to track users across unrelated websites, collect hidden page data, read private accounts or monitor browsing behavior outside the product setup context.
How data is used
Data available to the extension is used to support merchant setup, product knowledge configuration, assistant accuracy, troubleshooting and onboarding. AiRep24 should use only the information needed for these product setup and service purposes.
Data retention
Data is kept only for as long as needed to provide the service, support the merchant account, improve product functionality, comply with legal requirements or prevent abuse.
User control
Merchants can disable or remove the extension at any time. If a merchant wants data removed, they can contact AiRep24 support.
