01

Store and conversation data

AiRep24 may process product data, variants, policies, FAQs, pages, chat messages, operator replies, technical logs, and account settings needed to answer shopper questions and operate the assistant. Customer memory should be used only when the merchant flow allows it and the customer has given the required consent.

02

Voice input handling

Voice questions are used to generate a transcription, determine shopper intent, look up relevant product or policy context, and return a store-specific answer. Merchants should publish a clear voice privacy notice so shoppers understand whether audio, transcription, or both are stored.

03

Operator and history access

Conversation history is visible only to the systems and operators needed to support the merchant workflow. Telegram handoff shares context so operators do not need to ask the customer to repeat the question, but operator access should still be limited to authorized team members.

04

Deletion and review

Merchants should be able to disable features, review stored knowledge inputs, and request deletion or export help through [email protected]. For voice-specific questions, review the voice data privacy page.
