Commercial pages, feature explanations, and policy summaries are drafted by the AiRep24 product and content team. Pages are reviewed against current product behavior, synced Shopify workflows, privacy language, and merchant expectations before they are updated on the site.
When a page describes voice Q&A, product recommendations, Telegram handoff, or knowledge-base behavior, the draft is checked against the product workflow so the text does not promise unsupported capabilities.
Review standards
Each page is reviewed for factual consistency, internal linking, clarity of limitations, and whether the first paragraphs answer the main buyer or search intent directly. The goal is to avoid generic AI marketing language and publish pages that help merchants evaluate the actual workflow.
