How multilingual AI support works
AiRep24 can answer a customer in languages enabled and tested for a specific installation. The response still comes from the same approved business knowledge used for the website or Shopify store.
Language support changes how a question and answer are expressed; it does not fill missing product facts, policies, prices, or exceptions.
Start with clear source content
Keep the original product, service, policy, and help content current and unambiguous. Names, measurements, legal wording, delivery regions, and return conditions deserve separate review because small translation errors can change meaning.
Test every language you plan to offer
Confirm available languages in the workspace and test realistic customer questions before launch. Include local product terms, mixed-language messages, numbers, names, abbreviations, and follow-up questions.
Review both factual correctness and whether the answer preserves the source's conditions and uncertainty.
Voice input needs a separate check
When voice is enabled, browser support, microphone permission, background noise, and transcript quality add another layer of variability. Verify spoken product terms and keep text input available as a fallback.
Route sensitive or unclear cases to a person
A multilingual answer should not guess when the source is missing, contradictory, or legally sensitive. Configure a human route and make sure operators understand what context they receive in Telegram.
Document the tested coverage
Publish only the languages and channels your team has tested. Recheck them after major content, catalog, policy, or workflow changes, and disclose voice or transcript processing where it applies.
