Customer Telegram bot and operator alerts are different workflows
A customer can message a configured AiRep24 Telegram bot and receive AI answers from the same approved knowledge used on the website. Separately, a business can configure Telegram notifications for human operators.
Give the operator enough context to decide
An operator notification can include the available conversation context and route information configured for the installation. The purpose is to help a person understand the case without asking the customer to restart the conversation.
The operator decides whether and how to respond
A Telegram notification is not an automatic promise of an immediate human reply. The operator reviews the case and chooses the appropriate manual action according to the business's staffing and support policy.
Define the cases that need manual attention
Useful candidates include missing or contradictory knowledge, sensitive requests, explicit requests for a person, and operational exceptions that require business judgment. Test the configured behavior rather than assuming every ambiguous message will be detected.
Limit access and unnecessary data
Restrict the operator channel to the right team, disclose the workflow to customers, and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in alerts. Review product privacy and voice-transcript disclosures for the installation.
Test AI, notification, and manual response paths
Before launch, test a routine AI answer, a missing-answer case, an explicit human request, a delayed operator response, and return to the AI workflow. Confirm what the customer sees at each stage.
