Compare reply and history limits

Starter includes 500 AI replies and 30 days of chat history, Growth includes 5,000 replies and 180 days, and Scale includes 25,000 replies and 365 days.

Review customer memory and character access

The remembered-visitor allowance and available characters increase by plan. Review these limits against the store's expected use instead of choosing only by catalog size.

Check operator and Telegram access

Starter has one in-app operator and no Telegram operator access. Growth adds one Telegram owner or operator. Scale expands both app and Telegram operator connections.

Confirm the trial through Shopify

The paid Shopify plans are currently configured with a 7-day trial. Merchants should review the confirmation screen in Shopify before approving the subscription.
