Chrome and Edge extension privacy

Version 1.1 · Updated 30 October 2026

The AiRep24 browser extension for Chrome and Microsoft Edge helps existing account holders manage customer conversations and add reviewed knowledge to their assistants from the browser’s side panel.

Your AiRep24 account

You sign in through the existing AiRep24 web console at web.airep24.com. Keep that tab open while using the extension. The extension uses finite, packaged operations in that tab to load your account, authorized assistants and conversations, send operator replies, pause or resume AI, resolve conversations and save knowledge. The server applies your existing account and assistant permissions.

The extension does not read, copy or save your password, authentication cookie or private server keys. Authentication remains in the AiRep24 web console and the browser-managed first-party session.

Data used for the features

Page access and your control

Persistent website access is restricted to web.airep24.com. Other pages are read only following your capture command, using temporary active-tab access. A pending capture retry stores only the tab/window reference, capture mode and timestamp with a two-minute validity window; the next cleanup alarm removes expired references. A toolbar click can complete that requested capture. The extension does not collect browsing history or monitor unrelated websites in the background. Page capture excludes form values, password inputs, editable fields, scripts and page markup. A selection or page may still contain personal information: review it and save only information you are entitled to share.

No captured page text is transmitted to AiRep24 by the capture action alone. Saving the reviewed draft sends its title, content and source attribution to the assistant you selected. Removing or disabling the extension stops its browser access. Sign out in the web console to end the active account connection.

Storage and retention

The selected-assistant preference is stored locally in your browser. Page drafts are held in browser session storage and expire after approximately 30 minutes, checked by a local cleanup alarm, or when the browser session ends. The extension stores no local customer-conversation transcript. A temporary guard for an interrupted reply may remain in session storage until you verify the outcome or the browser session ends; this contains a hashed operation reference and timestamp, not the reply text.

Saved knowledge, customer conversations, replies and related account data are stored by the AiRep24 service under the AiRep24 product privacy policy. Removing a local draft or uninstalling the extension does not delete information already saved in the service. Use the console’s available controls or contact us for access, correction, export or deletion requests. Service retention also depends on operational and legal requirements described in the product policy.

Sharing and limited use

Data is used for the operator-support and assistant-knowledge features described above. The extension includes no advertising or analytics SDK and does not sell data, use it for personalized advertising or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility. Service-side infrastructure and AI providers may process saved knowledge or conversations where necessary to provide the AiRep24 features, as described in the product privacy policy. Operator actions are not sent to unrelated websites.

AiRep24’s use of information received through Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Transfers and access are limited to providing the disclosed features and the exceptions permitted by that policy, such as legal compliance and security.
